WHY SUNNY'S?

I was once figuring
all of this out too.

I came from Assam, India, to Germany in 2024 to pursue my Master's at the University of Hohenheim. And I quickly learned that studying abroad is about much more than simply receiving an admission letter.

There were applications, documents, accommodation, insurance, bureaucracy, uncertainty and plenty of questions that I had to understand along the way.

Since coming to Germany, my experience has gone beyond the classroom. I have worked as a student research assistant at the University of Hohenheim and I am currently completing my internship and Master's thesis work at Kompetenzzentrum Obstbau Bodensee in the Lake Constance region.

Along the way, I have also helped other students understand parts of the journey to Germany. It made me realise how much easier the process becomes when someone simply explains things clearly and honestly.

THAT'S WHY I'M BUILDING SUNNY'S.

Not to promise you an admission or a visa, but to help you understand the process, make informed decisions and have someone to turn to when you genuinely need guidance.

I went through the journey myself. Now I want to make yours clearer.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you start,
let's be clear.

Studying abroad already comes with enough uncertainty. So when it comes to our guidance, we want you to know exactly what we can — and cannot — promise.

STILL HAVE A QUESTION?

Every student's situation is different. If you can't find your answer here, a personal consultation may be the easiest place to start.

No. Admission decisions are made entirely by the respective university. Sunny's can help you understand requirements, identify suitable programmes, prepare your application and avoid common mistakes — but we will never promise an admission.

No. Visa decisions are made by the responsible German authorities. We can help you understand the process, organise your preparation and identify the documents you may need, but no consultancy can legitimately guarantee a visa decision.

No. Sunny's is an independent student guidance service. We are not part of a German university, embassy, government authority, APS, uni-assist or visa service. This independence also means our guidance is not based on pushing a particular university.

Yes. If you only have a few questions or need clarity about your next step, you can book a personal consultation without committing to a larger package.

That's completely fine. Sunny's is designed to support independent students too. You can use our free resources, detailed guides, consultations or the Germany DIY+ package while remaining in control of your own applications.

Yes, depending on the service you choose. We can guide you through understanding APS requirements, preparing documents, researching application routes and organising university applications. The exact support included will always be clearly stated before you pay.

Accommodation guidance can be included in selected support packages. We can help you understand student dormitories, WGs, rental platforms and the search process. However, accommodation availability depends on landlords, housing providers and the local market, so a room cannot be guaranteed.

We plan to offer practical arrival support for selected packages and locations. This may include guidance on your first administrative steps and settling in. Available services will depend on your destination and package.

Our initial services are being designed especially around students applying from India because that is the process we currently understand most closely. As Sunny's grows, we plan to support students from additional countries as well.

For now, yes. We are deliberately starting with Germany so that the guidance can remain focused and detailed. In the future, Sunny's Gateway to Europe is intended to expand carefully into other European study destinations.

Pricing will always be shown clearly before purchase. Payment options and booking instructions will be provided when the service becomes available. You should never send money to an unofficial account or person claiming to represent Sunny's.

You'll receive instructions for providing the basic information needed for your consultation and selecting an available time. This helps us understand your situation before the conversation and use your consultation time effectively.
